As we were leaving Florida yesterday, we made a last minute decision to spend our final night on the beach instead of going to Mammoth Caves National Park in Kentucky. Having dipped a toe in the Pacific Ocean and Gulf of Mexico on this month-long adventure, we wanted to add the Atlantic to our list.

(Which, I'll tell you, has made us fall in love with each and every one of them!) For the most part, as long as we're heading in the direction to soak up some adventure in the great outdoors, we're pretty happy.
